Orders

Each garment is handmade by me once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer.

This can all depend on demand – as everything is handmade to order by me only – there is no stock and everything is made from scratch once an order has been placed. Usual waiting times are around 14 days but during busy periods can be up to 3 – 4 weeks. You will be updated with a despatch email with tracking info once your item has been made and sent. Please allow approximately 20 days for the making and sending of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.

K R A Y V N ships currently to UK & Europe. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. K R A Y V N is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of my control.

As all my garments are handmade to order by me, I am only able to accept

Returns/ Exchanges on the circumstance that contact is made with me within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Items being returned must be sent back in the same condition you originally received and must be sent 'signed for' with it insured to cover the value of the item in the unfortunate event of it getting lost. 

*Postage and packaging is at the expense of the buyer and we do not refund these charges*
